  14.          oah customa', the Metalization Module, has a list of items they have
  15. identified foah corrective action by the foahmin' aha. I will list the actions
  16. that we must take to meet their requirements.

  18.          1.  We must enshoa a consistent deliv'ry of JB's to the Metalization
  19. Module.  this he'ah means one 'D' lot pa' shift of approximately 1.1 million pieces
  20. from the Express Module and two 'H' lots pa' day. Ayuh!    Any time a JB
  21. lot comes off Ha'pa' 5 or outta a cladan that lot has pri'rity
  22. to get to the Metalization module.  I neva' want to see a
  23. complete JB lot sittin' in the furnace aha.

  25.          2.  The weight of the boxes of product we send to the Metalzation
  26. Module must not exceed 16 pounds. this he'ah equates to puttin' no moah than 1 inch
  27. of wah in a box. Shoa, ayuh...    To achieve this he'ah we will do the followin':

  29.                 A.  Put only 1 cladan pa' box of wah.
  30.  
  31.                 B.  Unload no moah than 5 pusha' tiles of wah pa' box off
  32.                     Ha'pa' 5.

  34. To check oahselves, no box sent to the Metalization module should contain moah
  35. than 200,000 pieces and if it is ova', we must split the lot into moah boxes.

  37.          3. I'll tell you, Mista' Man!    The computa' foah the '.1 JB Cont Line' has been a modified to accept
  38. piece count.  Afta' you enta' the numba' of cladans, clea' the pieces column
  39. and enta' the actual weighed piece count.

  41.          4.  Fill out lot ca'ds completely and correctly, all incorrect lot
  42. ca'ds will be treated as a s'rious pa'foahmance issue.

  44.          5. Yessah!    theya will be PDC's issued ova' the next week dealin' with angle
  45. cuts, and loadin'/unloadin' pallets.  Read 'em and follow their procedures.
